WHAT IT IS ABOUT:
At the moment condition monitoring, predictive maintenance and asset management are some of the top buzzwords within the context of Industry 4.0. But how do they fit into the overall context of digital industrial transformation? Their specific impact on modern maintenance is often discussed today. Here, the comprehensive availability of data regarding the current status of networked machines and systems is primarily in focus. Future-oriented sensors and the precise prediction of failure times is also widely discussed. Adapting maintenance processes to the new technical possibilities, however, is still often neglected in the discourse.
Get an insight into our seminar "Smart Maintenance" in the free info webinar on the seminar.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
Learn which fundamental changes digitalization brings for predictive maintenance and how to successfully get started with sensor data acquisition/ evaluation. Get solutions for data-driven optimization of weak points in maintenance processes. By doing so, you will also succeed in evolving from paper-based "reactive" repair processes to system-supported planned maintenance.
The seminar will be in German language.
